STMC was approved by the Secretary of State, under Part II of the Building Act 1984, as a Corporate Approved Inspector in September 1998. This enables us to carry out Building Regulations Approvals and site inspections as an alternative to the Local Authority throughout England and Wales.

STMC is retained by a number of domestic and international retail clients, our partnering arrangement has proved very beneficial within this sector. A relationship is built up with one office which is responsible for all plan checking no matter where the project is located within England & Wales.
