If you have any comments about our service, or wish to make a complaint, please, in the first instance, contact our Managing Director through the Head office on 0161 877 8660 to discuss your comments or complaint. 

If, following the initial discussion, you wish to make a formal complaint please confirm your comments, in writing, via email or letter. Where your correspondence is a formal complaint we will fully investigate the matter and respond within 28 days.

If you are dissatisfied with the response from the company following a complaint about a breach of the Code of Conduct for Approved Inspectors you may contact, in writing, the Designated Body, the Construction Industry Council Approved Inspectors Registrar. The complaint form must be correctly filled out and accompanied by sufficient detail or supporting evidence to enable an assessment of the complaint to be made.

The time limit for lodging a complaint with CICAIR is a maximum of 6 years for clients under contract and 10 years for users of buildings. The time limit begins from the date of the cancellation of the Initial Notice or the date on the Final Certificate for the building or property to which the complaint relates. If the building or property to which the complaint relates is part of a larger development, the time limit begins from the date on the Final Certificate for that building or property.
